A lot of girls have bad dreams and end up not getting enough sleep trough the night. Use these tips to help through the night.
- When you have bad thoughts or bad dreams think to yourself that you are a thousand times bigger than what your afraid of and think that they look like loony and zaney cartoon characters on T.V. and blow them away.
- Walk around your room and look every where, even under the bed. You will find nothing there.
- Pick your favorite stuffed animals and border them around whatever place looks very scary.
- Put a cool night light or small lamp in your room to light up your room.
- Avoid watching scary or disturbing movies or T.V shows before going to bed.
- Thinking about stuff you could dream about also helps. For example thinking about you owning your business or what you are going to be when you grow up helps to keep your mind off it.
- You can also write down your scary dreams in a journal.
